Payment and Refund Policy

1. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to any and all products, services, content, features, technologies, or functions, and all related websites, applications and services offered to you by us.

  • "Subscriber" means any person or entity who has agreed to these Terms of Service to use the Service.

  • "Merchant of Record" refers to Lemon Squeezy Ltd, trading as Lemon Squeezy, which is responsible for processing payments and refunds for the Service.

  • "Trial" means any free trial period of the Service offered to potential Subscribers.

  • "Terms" means these Terms of Service and Payment Policy.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Payment Obligation

Subscribers agree to pay all fees or charges to their account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. All payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

2.2. Payment Processing

a) All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. b) Subscribers must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information. c) Subscribers agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney's fees and costs, on any outstanding balance. d) In the event any amount is not paid in full when due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate Subscriber's access to the Service.

2.3. Automatic Renewal

Unless Subscriber notifies us before the end of the applicable subscription period that they want to cancel, their subscription will automatically renew and they authorize us (through Lemon Squeezy) to collect the then-applicable subscription fee and any taxes.

3. Trial Terms

  1. Trial offers are subject to these Terms and may be modified or canceled at any time without notice.

  2. Trial periods begin on the date of initial subscription and end as specified in the trial offer.

  3. Subscribers will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless they cancel before the trial expires.

4. Refunds and Disputes

  1. All refund requests and payment disputes must be directed to Lemon Squeezy, who maintains sole discretion over their approval or denial.

  2. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis according to Lemon Squeezy's policies and procedures.

  3. For any payment-related inquiries, disputes, or unrecognized charges, Subscribers must contact Lemon Squeezy directly through lemonsqueezy.com.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL RELATED COMPONENTS AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

a) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE b) WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, SECURITY, OR RELIABILITY OF THE SERVICE c) WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SATISFACTION OF ANY GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS OR STANDARDS

This disclaimer of warranties applies to all users, including paid Subscribers.

6. Merchant of Record Responsibilities

Our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, is responsible for:

a) Processing all payments and refunds b) Providing payment-related customer service c) Managing payment disputes and chargebacks d) Ensuring compliance with payment industry standards e) Maintaining appropriate security measures for payment processing f) Issuing receipts and invoices g) Collecting and remitting applicable taxes

All payment-related communications, including receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations, will come directly from Lemon Squeezy.

7. Modifications to Terms

  1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice.

  2. Continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

The limitation of liability is described in our Terms of Service. You are advised to read and understand the full Terms of Service before using the Service.
