List of Subprocessors

Metorial engages certain third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to support the delivery of its services. These Subprocessors may process and store Customer Data as part of their role. This page provides general information about the identity, location, and function of such Subprocessors.

Terms used in this document but not defined here have the meanings set forth in Metorial’s Terms of Service or any other applicable written agreement with the Customer (the "Agreement").

Third-Party Subprocessors

Metorial utilizes the following Subprocessors to provide infrastructure, hosting, and other essential functions necessary for delivering its services. Prior to engaging any Subprocessor, Metorial conducts reasonable due diligence to assess their privacy, security, and confidentiality practices.

Modifications

Metorial may update its list of Subprocessors as necessary to support its operations. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Where required by the Agreement, Metorial will provide notice of such updates. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for the most current information.
