Supported Tools

list_token_tables

List Token Tables

Discover every table a Database Token can create, read, update, or delete rows in. Returns table and database IDs for subsequent row and field operations. Requires Database Token authentication.

manage_view

Manage View

Get, create, update, or delete a Baserow view. Discover view IDs with list_views. Requires JWT authentication; view types and settings depend on the instance and plan.

get_current_user

Get Current User

Verify the JWT connection and retrieve the current Baserow user. Requires a JWT connection with a refresh token.

delete_rows

Delete Rows

Delete one or more rows from a Baserow table by their row IDs. Supports both single and batch deletion.

upload_file

Upload File via URL

Upload a file to Baserow by providing a publicly accessible URL. Baserow will download the file and store it. The returned file object can then be used in file fields when creating or updating rows.

list_databases

List Databases

List all databases (applications) in a Baserow workspace, optionally listing workspaces first. When a workspace ID is provided, returns all databases in that workspace. When omitted, returns all accessible workspaces so you can identify the correct workspace ID. Requires JWT authentication.

list_tables

List Tables

List all tables in a Baserow database. Returns table IDs, names, and metadata. Requires JWT authentication.

create_rows

Create Rows

Create one or more new rows in a Baserow table. Provide field values as key-value pairs. Automatically uses single or batch creation based on the number of rows.

list_fields

List Fields

List all fields (columns) in a Baserow table. Returns field IDs, names, types, and configuration. Useful for understanding table schema before performing row operations.

get_row

Get Row

Retrieve a single row from a Baserow table by its row ID. Returns all field values for the specified row.

manage_field

Manage Field

Create, update, or delete a field (column) in a Baserow table. Use `action` to specify the operation. Requires JWT authentication.

update_rows

Update Rows

Update one or more existing rows in a Baserow table. For a single row, provide the row ID and fields to update. For multiple rows, provide an array of row objects each containing an `id` field. Only the specified fields will be modified; other fields remain unchanged.

list_views

List Views

List all views for a Baserow table. Returns view IDs, names, types (grid, gallery, form, kanban, calendar, timeline), and configuration. View IDs can be used to scope row queries to a specific view's filters.

move_row

Move Row

Move a Baserow row before another row in the same table, or to the end when beforeId is omitted.

manage_table

Manage Table

Get, create, rename, or delete a Baserow table. Discover database IDs with list_databases and existing table IDs with list_tables. Requires JWT authentication.

list_rows

List Rows

List rows from a Baserow table with optional filtering, sorting, searching, and pagination. Supports scoping results to a specific view and using human-readable field names.
