Supported Tools

manage_state

Manage State

Read, write, or delete state data in Celigo. State is an API-only resource that stores arbitrary JSON data associated with a custom key. Supports both **global** state (account-level) and **resource-specific** state (scoped to exports, imports, or integrations). Commonly used to persist flow execution data between runs.

download_job_file

Download Job File

Download one exact current job file or the job’s current diagnostic ZIP archive. Discover file IDs with get_job.

list_jobs

List Jobs

Retrieve jobs from your Celigo account. Jobs represent flow execution state (running, completed, failed) and final stats. Returns up to 1,001 results in descending order by creation time. Filter by flowId, integrationId, status, date ranges, and more.

retry_errors

Retry Errors

Retry one or more flow errors. Provide the retryDataKeys from the error objects returned by the Get Flow Errors tool.

manage_integration

Manage Integration

Get, create, update, clone, or delete an integration. Integrations are organizational containers for flows, connections, and other resources. Use **action** to specify the operation. For "create" and "update", provide the integration configuration in **integrationData**.

list_connections

List Connections

Retrieve a page of connections in your Celigo account. Connections store credentials and configuration needed to access the applications you are integrating.

list_integrations

List Integrations

Retrieve a page of integrations in your Celigo account. Integrations serve as organizational containers for flows and connections.

list_flows

List Flows

Retrieve one native page of integration flows in your Celigo account. Flows compose exports and imports to move data between applications.

update_connection

Update Connection

Update an existing connection in Celigo. Replaces the connection configuration with the provided data.

get_connection

Get Connection

Retrieve details of a specific connection by its ID, and optionally test whether it is operational.

list_imports

List Imports

Retrieve a page of imports in your Celigo account. Imports are used to insert data into an application and can run standalone or within a flow.

resolve_errors

Resolve Errors

Mark one or more flow errors as resolved. Provide the error IDs from the errors list returned by the Get Flow Errors tool.

manage_export

Manage Export

Get, create, update, clone, or delete an export. Exports extract data from an application and can run standalone via the API or in the context of a flow. Use **action** to specify the operation. For "create" and "update", provide the export configuration in **exportData**.

manage_flow

Manage Flow

Create, update, enable, disable, run, clone, or delete a flow. Use the **action** field to specify the operation. For "create" and "update", provide the flow configuration in **flowData**. For "enable", "disable", "run", "clone", and "delete", only the **flowId** is needed.

get_job

Get Job

Retrieve one exact job and discover its current file references and execution counters. Use get_flow_errors with the native flow/processor and flowJobId for open record errors.

delete_connection

Delete Connection

Permanently delete a connection from your Celigo account. This cannot be undone.

manage_import

Manage Import

Get, create, update, clone, or delete an import. Imports map and insert data into an application and can run standalone via the API or in the context of a flow. Use **action** to specify the operation. For "create" and "update", provide the import configuration in **importData**.

get_flow_errors

Get Flow Errors

Retrieve open errors for a specific export or import within a flow. Returns up to 1,000 errors per call. Use **nextPageUrl** from the response to paginate through additional errors.

get_token_info

Get Token Info

Verify the current API token and retrieve its associated user ID and scope. Useful for confirming authentication is working and retrieving native token-owner context. Token mode, environment and permissions are not inferred from absent fields.

get_flow

Get Flow

Retrieve details of a specific flow, including its page generators (exports), page processors (imports/lookups), schedule, and dependencies.

create_connection

Create Connection

Create a new connection in Celigo. The connection object structure varies by type (HTTP, REST, FTP, NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.). Provide the full connection configuration as the connection data object.

manage_users

Manage Users

List account access records, retrieve one exact access record, invite by email, replace access settings, or irreversibly remove account access. Native access-record IDs are not person identity IDs. The owner is absent from the list. Access updates require complete settings and production-environment permission; email, name, disabled and userType changes are refused. Invitations may send emails and have per-recipient partial failures.

list_exports

List Exports

Retrieve a page of exports in your Celigo account. Exports are used to extract data from an application and can run standalone or within a flow.
