get_shipping_options
Retrieve available shipping options and pricing for an order. Provide the recipient address and order items to get shipping methods with their costs and full pricing breakdowns. The returned `shippingCode` values are used when submitting orders.
add_images
Upload images to your FinerWorks image library by providing URLs to your image files. Each image requires at least a high-resolution URL, title, and pixel dimensions. Up to 5 images can be added at once.
get_order_status
Retrieve the current production status for one or more orders, including shipment details such as tracking numbers, dates, and dimensions. Look up orders by their order IDs or purchase order references.
update_order
Change the submission status of an order or add notes to an order's log. Can place an order on hold, cancel it, or forward it to the fulfillment center. Notes can be added for internal reference. Status changes are only possible before the order enters production.

delete_images

update_images
Update the title and description of images in your FinerWorks library. **Warning:** Updating images assigned to the inventory library will also remove any virtual inventory products assigned to those images.

submit_orders
Submit print-on-demand orders to FinerWorks for fulfillment. Supports submitting up to 5 orders at a time, each with recipient shipping information, line items referencing product SKUs, and shipping method. Optionally validate orders without submitting by setting `validateOnly` to true.
get_product_details
Retrieve detailed product information and pricing for virtual inventory SKUs. Returns product name, descriptions, images, dimensions, weight, and pricing. Supports up to 25 SKUs per request.
update_customer
Update the recipient/shipping address information for an existing order after it has been submitted. All address fields must be provided when updating.
browse_catalog
Browse FinerWorks' product catalog including product types, media types, and style types. Product types define categories (e.g., canvas, posters). Media types specify printing surfaces within a product type. Style types define mounting and sizing options. Use this to discover available products before placing orders.
get_prices
Retrieve pricing breakdowns for products by their SKU or product code. Submit up to 50 items at once with quantities to get per-item and total prices including any framing, matting, glazing, and color correction add-ons.
build_frame
Validate and price a FinerWorks frame package using a product code, with an optional downloadable PNG or JPEG preview. Use browse_framing to discover compatible frame, mat and glazing choices.
list_orders
Find submitted FinerWorks orders by purchase order reference, ID, date, status or text. Discover order IDs for tracking and updates, and order GUIDs and emails for get_order. Check this list before retrying an uncertain submission.
list_virtual_inventory
