Supported Tools

screen_order

Screen Order

Screens an online transaction for payment fraud by analyzing IP geolocation, email, billing/shipping addresses, credit card details, device fingerprints, and blacklist data. Returns a fraud score (0-100) with a recommended action (APPROVE, REJECT, or REVIEW). Supply more input parameters for higher accuracy.

send_sms_verification

Send SMS Verification

Sends an SMS with a one-time password (OTP) to a phone number for identity verification. Returns a transaction ID needed to later verify the OTP the recipient enters.

order_feedback

Submit Order Feedback

Updates the status of a previously screened transaction. Use this to approve, reject, or reject-and-blacklist an order that was flagged for manual review. Feedback improves the FraudLabs Pro fraud detection algorithm over time.

verify_otp

Verify OTP

Verifies a one-time password (OTP) entered by a user against the OTP that was sent via the Send SMS Verification tool. Returns whether the OTP is valid or not.

get_order_result

Get Order Result

Retrieves the full fraud screening result for a previously screened transaction. Look up by FraudLabs Pro transaction ID or by your own order ID. Returns the complete fraud analysis including score, status, and all validation details.

payment_feedback

Submit Payment Feedback

Reports a payment gateway outcome to improve fraud detection and risk assessment. Optionally associate the payment with an existing screened transaction.
