1. Enable Asana in Metorial
In your Metorial portal, enable the Asana MCP server and sign in with the account that owns the data. Access stays governed by your team policies.
2. Add a custom connector
Open Customize, then Connectors. Select Add, then Custom, then Web.
3. Paste your Metorial MCP URL
Name it Metorial, paste your Magic MCP URL (<your-magic-mcp-url>) and continue.
4. Sign in
Select Add and sign in to load Asana tools.

Once Asana is enabled in Metorial, teammates sign in with SSO and get the same connection in Claude, with only the tools their role allows.

Turn Metorial on for a conversation with the + button, then Connectors; each connector has its own toggle.
Claude asks before it runs a Asana tool. Choose Allow always only for tools you trust to run unsupervised.
Use the Search and tools menu to switch off tools you do not need in the current conversation.
Remove the connector from Customize, then Connectors. Team and Enterprise owners can do this for the whole organization.
