Get Job

Retrieves the full details of a specific delivery or collection job including status, milestones, items, proof of delivery info, and all associated metadata.

update_job

Update Job

Updates an existing delivery or collection job in Detrack. Provide the doNumber and date to identify the job, then supply any fields you want to change. Only provided fields will be updated.

reattempt_job

Reattempt Job

Reattempts a previously failed job in Detrack. This increments the attempt counter and resets the job for another delivery or collection attempt.

manage_vehicle

Manage Vehicle

Creates, updates, or deletes a vehicle (driver) in Detrack. Create requires a name and detrackId from the driver app. Update and delete resolve the exact vehicle name to its ID first. Use list_vehicles to discover names.

download_pod

Download Proof of Delivery

Prepares a downloadable Proof of Delivery (POD) PDF or shipping label PDF for a job. The download URL requires the connected Detrack API key.

Create Job

Creates a new delivery or collection job in Detrack. A job represents a single delivery or collection task assigned to a driver. Supports attaching line items, scheduling, customer details, and driver assignment.

search_jobs

Search Jobs

Searches for jobs across dates using various criteria such as date range, driver, status, tracking number, order number, and customer. Useful for looking up jobs when you don't know the exact date or D.O. number.

delete_job

Delete Job

Permanently deletes a delivery or collection job from Detrack. This action cannot be undone.

list_vehicles

List Vehicles

Retrieves a page of vehicles (drivers) registered in Detrack. Returns driver names, IDs, GPS location, speed, battery level, connection status, and distance traveled.

List Jobs

Lists delivery and collection jobs with optional filters. Supports filtering by date, driver, status, and job type. Returns paginated results.

list_depots

List Depots

Lists depots with their IDs, names, addresses and coordinates for delivery planning. Returns one page and provider pagination links.

Retrieves a driver or vehicle by its exact name, including its identifiers, location, status and operational details. Use list_vehicles to discover names.

list_routes

List Routes

Retrieves routes for a date, optionally by exact route name. Returns route IDs, status, assigned vehicles, planned jobs and available planning details in full provider records.

Connect Detrack to your AI client

Every client uses the same Magic MCP URL, and so does any other MCP client. Add it once and sign in with SSO.

  1. Enable Detrack in Metorial. In your Metorial portal, enable the Detrack MCP server and sign in with the account that owns the data. Access stays governed by your team policies.
  2. Add a custom connector. Open Customize, then Connectors. Select Add, then Custom, then Web.
  3. Paste your Metorial MCP URL. Name it Metorial, paste your Magic MCP URL (<your-magic-mcp-url>) and continue.
  4. Sign in. Select Add and sign in to load Detrack tools.
