Supported Tools

list_participants

List Participants

Retrieves all participants (including attendees, speakers, admins, and moderators) with their profile information and check-in status. Fields absent from the provider response are empty strings; raw records retain roles, tickets, group IDs, personal URLs and timestamps. Use this to get a complete list of people currently participating in the event.

get_event_content

Get Event Content

Retrieves the full event content including the agenda with sessions, stages/rooms, tracks, and speakers. Event name and event date metadata are not supplied by this endpoint; compatibility metadata fields are empty strings. Use this to get a complete snapshot of an event's schedule and lineup.

list_registrations

List Registrations

Retrieves all registrations for the event. Use this to see who has registered to attend the event.

invite_attendees

Invite Attendees

Invites one or more attendees to the event. Each attendee must have an email address; additional profile fields (name, photo, phone, bio, social links, job, company) are optional. Optionally triggers an invitation email to each attendee. Eventee processes the first 25 entries immediately and the rest in the background; invalid entries and event admins or moderators may be skipped. Use list_participants to verify the outcome.

manage_speaker

Manage Speaker

Create, partially update, or delete a speaker. Call get_event_content to discover speaker IDs and full names in raw.speakers. Create requires name; update keeps omitted fields. Deletion removes the speaker from all sessions.

remove_attendee

Remove Attendee

Remove an attendee from this event, including participation, invitation and tickets. The Eventee account remains. Call list_participants to discover attendee emails. Also succeeds when the attendee is already absent.

manage_session

Manage Session

Create, replace, or delete a lecture or workshop. Call get_event_content to discover sessions, halls, speakers and labels. Create/update require name, start and end. Update resets omitted speakers, tracks, type, capacity and engagement flags; send their current values to retain them. Deletion removes questions, polls, bookings and ratings.

manage_break

Manage Break

Create, update, or delete an agenda break. Call get_event_content to discover break IDs in raw.pauses. Create/update require name, start and end; omitted description is preserved on update.

list_partners

List Partners

List all event partners, including sponsors, exhibitors, booth details, logos and detail-page sections.

set_attendee_checkin

Set Attendee Check-in

Check an attendee in or undo their event check-in. Call list_participants to discover the participant ID.

list_groups

List Groups

List event attendee groups, with IDs, names, feature permissions, ticket names and the default flag. Use a returned ID as groupId when inviting attendees or creating registrations.

manage_hall

Manage Hall

Create, update, or delete an event hall or stage. Call get_event_content to discover hall IDs. Update requires name; omitting stream on update removes the hall stream. Deleting a hall keeps its sessions without a hall.

manage_label

Manage Label

Create, update, or delete an agenda label (track). Call get_event_content to discover label IDs. Create/update require name and color. Deletion removes the label from all sessions. Enable Tracks in the event settings to display labels.

remove_registration

Remove Registration

Remove an event registration by email. Call list_registrations to discover registration emails. Also succeeds when the registration is already absent.

list_reviews

List Reviews

List session ratings, stars, comments, reviewer information, and the rated lecture.

create_registrations

Create Registrations

Pre-register people by email, updating existing registrations with the same email. Set sendEmail to notify them. Eventee processes the first 25 immediately and the rest in the background; invalid entries may be skipped. Call list_registrations to verify results.
