bin_lookup

BIN Lookup

Look up a Bank Identification Number (BIN) or Issuer Identification Number (IIN) to identify the card brand, type, issuer, and country. Optionally provide a customer IP for fraud detection with IP geolocation and blocklist checks.

ip_blocklist

Check if an IP address is on known blocklists, detecting threats like Tor, proxies, VPNs, botnets, malware, spyware, spam, and exploit scanners. Useful for fraud detection and security.

ip_info

IP Geolocation

Look up geolocation information for an IP address, including city, region, country, coordinates, timezone, and optional reverse DNS hostname.

geocode_address

Geocode Address

Convert an address, partial address, or place name into geographic coordinates. Supports both unstructured and structured address input, with fuzzy search for typos. Returns multiple candidate locations ranked by relevance.

geocode_reverse

Reverse Geocode

Convert geographic coordinates (latitude/longitude) or a geohash into a physical address. Useful for processing GPS data from mobile devices. Supports multiple zoom levels from address-specific to country-level.

validate_phone

Validate Phone Number

Parse and validate a phone number, returning type (mobile, fixed-line, VoIP, etc.), carrier, country, and formatted versions. Accepts both international (E.164) and local formats.

ip_probe

IP Probe

Perform a real-time network probe against an IP address to detect VPNs, proxies, hosting providers, and ISPs. Returns ASN details, provider classification, and geolocation.

domain_lookup

Domain Lookup

DEPRECATED — use `get_domain_details` instead. Retrieve DNS, WHOIS, and threat intelligence for a domain. Returns registration details, domain age, registrar info, mail/web configuration, and malicious domain detection.

validate_email

Validate Email

Validate an email address by checking syntax, DNS, MX records, and detecting disposable/freemail providers. Can auto-fix common typos in email addresses.

url_info

URL Info

Analyze a URL to retrieve metadata including HTTP status, page title, content type, server information, and geographic location. Optionally fetch the page content for further processing.

sms_verify

Send SMS Verification

Send a security verification code via SMS to a phone number. Useful for two-factor authentication, phone verification, and fraud prevention. Includes built-in rate limiting per phone number to prevent abuse.

host_reputation

Host Reputation

Check the reputation of an IP address, domain, or URL against 150+ DNSBL (DNS-based Blackhole List) services. Returns detailed blacklist status for each checked list.

verify_security_code

Verify Security Code

Verify a security code that was previously sent via SMS Verify or Phone Verify. Codes are valid for 15 minutes and must be verified using the same API credentials that generated them. Includes brute-force protection.

render_html

Render HTML to File

Render an HTML string or URL to a downloadable PDF, PNG, or JPG file.

resize_image

Resize Image

Resize an image from a source URL or base64 data URL to a downloadable PNG or JPG file.

Get domain registration, DNS providers, detailed mail and website status, popularity, and threat detections. Status values preserve unknown and pending results.

phone_verify

Send Voice Verification

Place an automated call that reads a security code for phone verification or multi-factor authentication. Verify the code with verify_security_code.

generate_qr_code

Generate QR Code or Barcode

Generate a downloadable PNG QR code or Code 128 barcode.

lookup_user_agent

Look Up User Agent

Identify browser, operating system, and device details from a user-agent string or client hints.

Run Neutrino through the Metorial gateway

One governed layer for every app your agents reach, not a separate connector per tool.

  • Give Neutrino and every other app to your whole team through one MCP gateway, behind your SSO.
  • Scope which teams and agents can use Neutrino tools with role-based access control, and trace every call.
  • Prefer to run it yourself? Metorial is open source and self-hostable.
