list_workflow_runs

List Workflow Runs

List workflow runs, optionally filtered by workflow, name, or status. Returns the latest 200 workflow runs sorted by most recently updated.

list_workflow_form_fields

List Workflow Form Fields

List all form field definitions for a workflow (template). Returns field IDs, types, labels, and keys. Use this to understand what form fields exist before reading or updating values in workflow runs.

list_users

List Users

List all users in the organization. Use this to find user emails for assigning tasks or workflow runs.

manage_task_assignees

Manage Task Assignees

Assign or unassign users to/from tasks or workflow runs. Can also list current assignees. Works for both individual tasks and entire workflow runs.

list_workflow_runs_page

List Workflow Runs Page

List a page of accessible workflow runs sorted by creation date, newest first. Includes all non-deleted statuses by default. Follow nextCursor to discover runs beyond the 200-result search limit.

create_workflow_run

Create Workflow Run

Create a new workflow run from an existing workflow. A workflow run is an active instance of a workflow that can be worked through by completing tasks, filling form fields, and going through approvals.

update_workflow_run

Update Workflow Run

Update a workflow run's name, status, due date, or share link setting. Can be used to complete, archive, or reactivate a workflow run. The API requires all fields to be sent, so the tool first fetches current values and merges your changes.

get_current_api_key

Get Current API Key

Check the current connection and return its API key label. This identifies the authorized key without exposing the secret.

list_form_field_options

List Form Field Options

List available values and labels for a workflow form field. Use list_workflow_form_fields to find the field ID, then use these values when updating selection fields. Data-set-linked options also include their row IDs.

get_workflow_run

Get Workflow Run

Retrieve details of a specific workflow run including its name, status, due date, and associated workflow. Use this to check the current state of a running workflow.

list_data_sets

List Data Sets

List all data sets in the organization, including their column definitions. Use this to discover available data sets and their structure before working with records.

update_task

Update Task

Update a task's status or due date within a workflow run. Use this to complete or uncomplete tasks and set due dates. Tasks with required form fields must have those fields filled before they can be completed.

manage_approvals

Manage Approvals

List completed approval decisions, approve, or reject approval tasks in a workflow run. Pending approvals are not included in the list. Approval tasks are special tasks used to approve or reject the work in another task.

manage_data_set_records

Manage Data Set Records

Create, read, update, delete, or list records in a data set. Data sets store structured data as rows of cells, where each cell corresponds to a column (field) in the data set.

manage_form_fields

Manage Form Fields

Read or update form field values in a workflow run. Can list all form field values for an entire workflow run or a specific task, and update multiple form field values at once.

delete_workflow_run

Delete Workflow Run

Delete or restore a workflow run. Deleted runs can be restored using the restore option.

list_workflows

List Workflows

List all active workflows (templates) in the organization. Optionally filter by name. Use this to discover available workflows before creating workflow runs.

List Tasks

List tasks for a workflow run, or list tasks assigned to a specific user. Use this to view all steps in a workflow run or find tasks assigned to someone.
