Applies formatting to cells in a spreadsheet range. Supports text styling (bold, italic, font, color), cell backgrounds, number formats, text alignment, borders, and text wrapping. Multiple formatting options can be applied in a single call.
get_document
Retrieves a Google Docs document by its ID. Returns the document metadata and optionally the full content as both structured JSON and plain text.
get_form
Retrieves the full content and metadata of a Google Form by its ID. Returns the form's title, description, settings, all items (questions, sections, images, videos), and quiz configuration.
Useful for inspecting a form's structure, verifying changes, or reading question details.
sheets_batch_update
Executes multiple spreadsheet update operations atomically in a single request. Supports any combination of operations such as formatting, adding/removing sheets, creating charts, merging cells, adding conditional formatting, and more. Operations are applied in order.
Use this for complex updates that need to be applied together, or when you need to perform operations not covered by other tools (e.g., conditional formatting rules, merge cells, add charts, pivot tables, filter views).
clear_cells
Clears all values from a specified range in a spreadsheet while preserving formatting. Use this to remove cell contents without deleting the cells themselves.
delete_element
Deletes a page element (shape, text box, image, chart, etc.) from a slide by its object ID. Use Get Presentation to find element IDs first.
merge_template
Replaces placeholder text in a Google Docs document with dynamic values. Useful for mail merge, generating personalized documents from templates, or populating forms. Each placeholder is replaced with its corresponding value throughout the document.
set_publish_settings
Publishes or unpublishes a Google Form and controls whether a published form accepts new responses.
read_cells
Reads values from one or more ranges in a spreadsheet. Supports A1 notation (e.g., "Sheet1!A1:B10") and named ranges. Can read a single range or multiple ranges at once. Returns values as formatted strings, raw values, or formulas.
replace_text
Performs bulk find-and-replace of text across an entire presentation. Ideal for filling in templates that use placeholder patterns like `{{name}}`, `{{date}}`, etc. Supports multiple replacements in a single call.
create_document_markdown
Creates a native Google Docs document by converting Markdown through a Google Drive multipart upload. Google Drive determines which Markdown structure and formatting it can preserve during import.
edit_text
Insert, delete, or style text within a specific text box or shape element on a slide. Use this for targeted edits to individual page elements. For bulk placeholder replacement across the entire presentation, use the **Replace Text** tool instead.
create_presentation
Creates a new blank Google Slides presentation with a given title. Returns the presentation ID, title, and URL that can be used to access or further modify the presentation.
list_documents
Lists Google Docs documents accessible to the user. Can filter by name, folder, or other criteria. Returns document metadata including IDs for use with other tools.
docs_manage_named_ranges

create_chart
Creates an embedded chart in a spreadsheet. Supports bar, line, pie, area, scatter, and column chart types. Configure the data source range, chart position, title, and axis labels.
create_document
Creates a new empty Google Docs document with the specified title. Returns the document ID which can be used to add content using other tools.
add_shape
Adds a shape or text box to a slide. Position and size are specified in points. Common shape types include TEXT_BOX, RECTANGLE, ELLIPSE, and many others. After adding a shape, use the **Edit Text** tool to insert text into it.
embed_sheets_chart
Embed a chart from a Google Sheets spreadsheet into a slide, or refresh an existing linked chart to reflect updated spreadsheet data. Requires Spreadsheets scope for creating or refreshing linked charts.
update_document_markdown
Replaces the full body of an existing native Google Docs document by converting Markdown through a Google Drive multipart upload. The document keeps its Drive file ID and sharing settings.
slides_batch_update
Sends multiple raw update requests to a presentation in a single atomic batch. All requests succeed or fail together. This is the most flexible tool — use it for advanced operations or when you need to combine multiple actions (e.g., create a slide, insert text, add an image) in one call.
create_form
Creates a new Google Form with a title and optional document title. The created form is initially empty — use the **Update Form** tool to add questions, settings, and other content after creation.
Returns the new form's ID, responder URL, and metadata.
manage_sheets
Add, delete, duplicate, update, or copy individual sheet tabs. Rename a tab by using action "update" with the numeric sheetId and new title. Use "copy_to_spreadsheet" to copy a tab into another spreadsheet. Configure sheet properties like grid size, frozen rows/columns, tab color, and visibility.
create_pivot_table
Creates a pivot table that summarizes data from a source range. Configure row and column groupings, value aggregations (sum, count, average, etc.), and filters. The pivot table is placed at a specified cell location.
create_spreadsheet
Creates a new Google Sheets spreadsheet with optional initial sheet tabs. Returns the spreadsheet ID and URL for immediate use.
update_spreadsheet
Updates the properties of a Google Sheets spreadsheet, such as its title, locale, or time zone.
update_form
Updates an existing Google Form using batch update requests. Supports updating form info (title, description), settings (quiz mode), and managing items (adding, updating, moving, or deleting questions, sections, images, and videos).
Accepts an array of update requests that are applied atomically. Each request can be one of: **updateFormInfo**, **updateSettings**, **createItem**, **updateItem**, **moveItem**, or **deleteItem**.
create_filter_view
Creates a filter view that provides a filtered perspective of data without affecting what other users see. Configure filter criteria per column including value-based and condition-based filters.
manage_slides
Create, duplicate, reorder, or delete slides within a presentation. Supports specifying a predefined layout (e.g. BLANK, TITLE, TITLE_AND_BODY) or a custom layout ID when creating slides. Use one action at a time.
add_image
Inserts an image onto a slide from a public URL, or replaces all shapes matching a text pattern with an image across the presentation. The direct insert mode places an image at a specific position and size, while the replace mode is useful for template-driven image insertion.
get_spreadsheet
Retrieves metadata and properties of a Google Sheets spreadsheet, including its title, locale, list of sheets/tabs, and named ranges. Use this to inspect spreadsheet structure before performing operations.
manage_protected_ranges
Add or remove protection on cell ranges to prevent modifications. Optionally specify which users can still edit the protected range. Can protect an entire sheet or a specific range within a sheet.
set_data_validation
Sets data validation rules on a range of cells. Restrict input to dropdown lists, number ranges, date constraints, checkbox, or custom formulas. Can show warnings or reject invalid input.

Create, update, or remove ad groups within a Google Ads campaign. Ad groups organize ads and keywords within a campaign.
Supports setting the ad group name, status, type, CPC bid, and targeting URL.
manage_sharing
Manage access control (sharing permissions) on a calendar. List current permissions, grant access to users/groups, update roles, or revoke access.
batch_modify_contacts
Creates, updates, deletes, or gets multiple Google contacts in one People API request. Create, update, and get accept up to 200 contacts; delete accepts up to 500.
get_recording
Retrieve metadata for a specific recording, including its state and Google Drive file location.
manage_watches

manage_sitemap
List, retrieve, submit, or delete sitemaps for a Search Console site property. Use "list" to see all sitemaps, "get" to retrieve details of a specific sitemap, "submit" to submit a new sitemap URL, or "delete" to remove a sitemap from the sitemaps report.
search_reports
Executes a Google Ads Query Language (GAQL) query to retrieve reporting data, resource details, or metrics from a Google Ads account. Supports querying any resource type including campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, conversions, and more.
Use this tool to build custom reports, fetch performance metrics, or look up specific resources. The query follows the GAQL syntax: `SELECT fields FROM resource WHERE conditions ORDER BY field LIMIT n`.
find_free_busy
Query the free/busy availability for one or more calendars over a given time range. Returns busy time slots without exposing event details. Useful for finding open meeting times and checking availability.
list_transcripts
List transcripts from a conference record. Returns metadata including state, timestamps, and Google Docs references. Transcripts are saved as Google Docs in the organizer's Drive.
search_other_contacts
Searches "Other contacts" by name, email, or phone number. Other contacts are automatically saved by Google from interactions and are read-only. Requires the `contacts.other.readonly` scope.
manage_workspace
Create, list, update, delete, or sync GTM workspaces. Workspaces allow concurrent modifications to a container's configuration. Use "list" to see all workspaces, "sync" to pull the latest container version into a workspace, or "status" to check for pending changes.
search_directory
Searches the Google Workspace domain directory for profiles and contacts matching a query. Only available for Google Workspace users with the `directory.readonly` scope. The domain admin must have enabled external contact and profile sharing.
list_tasks
Retrieve tasks from one task list or, when taskListId is omitted, from every task list. Supports filtering by completion status, due date range, completion date range, and last modification time. Returns all matching tasks with task-list context and pagination handled automatically.
copy_other_contact
Copies an "Other contact" to the user's "My Contacts" group, making it a regular editable contact. Requires both the `contacts.other.readonly` and `contacts` scopes.
get_participant
Retrieve one participant in a conference record by resource name, including participant type and first/last join times.
update_task_list
Update the title of an existing task list. Provide the task list ID and the new title.
get_contact_group
Retrieves details about a specific contact group including its name, type, member count, and member resource names. Use this to inspect group membership.
manage_site
Add or remove a site property from Google Search Console. Use the "add" action to register a new site property, or "remove" to delete an existing one. You can also use "get" to retrieve details of a specific site property.
manage_campaigns
Create, update, or remove Google Ads campaigns. Supports setting campaign name, status, type, budget, start/end dates, bidding strategy, and network settings.
When creating a campaign, a campaign budget is automatically created if `dailyBudgetMicros` is provided. For updating, only the specified fields are modified.
get_response
Retrieves a single form response by its response ID. Returns the full response including answers, timestamps, respondent email (if collected), and quiz grades.
Useful for inspecting a specific submission in detail.
move_task
Move a task to a different position, parent, or task list. Can reorder a task among its siblings, nest it under a parent task as a subtask, or transfer it to an entirely different task list.
list_sites
List all site properties available in Google Search Console for the authenticated user. Returns each site's URL and the user's permission level.
get_member
Retrieve a configured member from a Google Meet space. Use this after listing or adding members to inspect the exact user resource and assigned role.
list_responses
Lists all responses for a Google Form, with optional filtering by submission timestamp. Returns each response with its answers, timestamps, respondent email, and quiz grades.
Supports pagination and timestamp filtering to retrieve only recent submissions.
create_contact_group
Creates a new contact group (label) for the authenticated user. Group names must be unique among the user's contact groups. Optionally attach client-specific key-value data.
delete_contact_group
Deletes a user-defined contact group. Optionally also deletes the contacts that are members of the group. System contact groups cannot be deleted.
list_contact_groups
Lists all contact groups (labels) owned by the authenticated user, including both user-defined and system groups (like "My Contacts" and "Starred").
manage_variable
Create, list, get, update, or delete user-defined variables in a GTM workspace. Also supports listing, enabling, and disabling built-in variables.
get_participant_session
Retrieve one join/leave session for a participant in a conference record by resource name.
list_contacts
Lists the authenticated user's contacts with pagination support. Returns contacts sorted by the specified order. Use the `pageToken` from a previous response to fetch the next page.
get_event
Retrieve the full details of a specific event by its ID, including attendees, recurrence, conference data, and all metadata.
manage_version
Create, list, get, publish, or delete container versions. Versions are snapshots of a container's configuration. Publishing a version makes it live on your website or app.
get_transcript_entry
Retrieve one structured transcript entry by resource name. Use this after listing transcript entries when you need the exact speaker, text, language, and timestamps for one segment.
manage_calendar
Create, update, or delete a secondary calendar. Can also subscribe to, update the display settings of, or unsubscribe from calendars on the user's calendar list.

manage_user_permission
Create, list, get, update, or delete user permissions for a GTM account. Permissions control who can access and modify your GTM accounts and containers.
list_members
List all members configured in a Google Meet space. Members are users who can join without knocking and may have special roles.
list_task_lists
Retrieve all task lists for the authenticated user. Returns the complete set of task lists including their IDs, titles, and last-updated timestamps. Use this to discover available lists before operating on tasks within them.
clear_completed_tasks
Remove all completed tasks from a task list in a single operation. Cleared tasks become hidden and will no longer appear in default task listings.
search_contacts
Searches the authenticated user's contacts by name, email address, phone number, or other fields. Returns matching contacts ranked by relevance.
upload_offline_conversions
Upload offline click conversions to Google Ads. Imports real-world transaction data like in-store purchases, qualified phone leads, or CRM events to measure full-funnel conversion impact.
Each conversion requires a Google Click ID (gclid) to link the offline event back to the original ad click.
list_calendars
List all calendars on the user's calendar list, including their primary calendar, subscribed calendars, and shared calendars. Returns calendar metadata including access role, color, and visibility settings.
query_search_analytics
Query Google Search traffic data for a site property. Returns metrics like clicks, impressions, click-through rate (CTR), and average position. Results can be grouped by dimensions such as query, page, country, device, and date. Supports filtering and pagination for large result sets.
remove_member
Remove a member from a Google Meet space. The user will need to knock to join future meetings in this space.
update_event
Update an existing Google Calendar event. Only the provided fields will be modified; all other fields remain unchanged.
Can also be used to **move an event** to a different calendar by specifying destinationCalendarId.
manage_contact_photo
Updates or deletes the photo for a contact in the authenticated user's Google Contacts.
get_settings
Retrieve one Google Calendar user setting or list the settings explicitly stored for the authenticated user.
update_contact_group
Updates the name or client data of an existing user-defined contact group. System contact groups cannot be renamed.
create_task_list
Create a new task list with the specified title. Returns the newly created list with its assigned ID.
tag_manager_list_accounts
Lists GTM accounts you have access to, optionally including their containers. Use this to discover account and container IDs needed for other operations.
end_active_conference
End the currently active conference in a meeting space, disconnecting all participants. The meeting space itself remains available for future conferences.

delete_event

add_member
Add a member to a Google Meet space. Members can join the meeting without knocking. Optionally assign a role like COHOST to give them organizer-level control.
respond_to_event
Accept, decline, or tentatively accept a Google Calendar invitation without replacing the event's attendee list.
get_my_profile
Retrieves the authenticated Google user's People profile, including names, email addresses, photos, organizations, phone numbers, and biographies.
get_participant_sessions

Create, list, get, update, delete, or reauthorize GTM environments. Environments allow previewing and testing container configurations before publishing to production.
manage_bidding_strategies

list_transcript_entries
List individual transcript entries from a transcript. Each entry contains the spoken text, the speaker's participant reference, language code, and timestamps. Useful for analyzing meeting conversations.
