How to connect Zoho to Claude

1. 1. Enable Zoho in Metorial

   In your Metorial portal, enable the Zoho MCP server and sign in with the account that owns the data. Access stays governed by your team policies.

2. 2. Add a custom connector

   Open Customize, then Connectors. Select Add, then Custom, then Web.

3. 3. Paste your Metorial MCP URL

   Name it Metorial, paste your Magic MCP URL (<your-magic-mcp-url>) and continue.

4. 4. Sign in

   Select Add and sign in to load Zoho tools.

• People Manage Employee: List, search, create, or update employee records in Zoho People.
• CRM Get Modules: List all available modules in Zoho CRM along with their metadata.
• Desk Manage Ticket: Create, update, or delete support tickets in Zoho Desk.
• CRM Get Records: Retrieve records from any Zoho CRM module (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Tasks, etc.).
• CRM Search Records: Search for records in a Zoho CRM module using criteria, email, phone, or keyword.
• Books Manage Expense: Create, update, delete, or list expenses in Zoho Books.
• Projects Manage Project: Create, update, delete, or list projects in Zoho Projects.
• Books Manage Contact: Create, update, or delete contacts (customers/vendors) in Zoho Books.
• Projects Manage Task: Create, update, delete, or retrieve tasks within a Zoho Projects project.
• Desk Get Tickets: List, search, or retrieve support tickets from Zoho Desk.
• CRM Manage Record: Create, update, or delete records in any Zoho CRM module (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, etc.).
• Books Manage Invoice: Create, update, delete, or change the status of invoices in Zoho Books.
• Books Get Invoices: List or retrieve invoices from Zoho Books.
• CRM Get Related Records: Retrieve related records for a Zoho CRM record, such as Notes, Attachments, Emails, Deals, Contacts, or custom related lists.

• Turn Metorial on for a conversation with the + button, then Connectors; each connector has its own toggle.
• Claude asks before it runs a Zoho tool. Choose Allow always only for tools you trust to run unsupervised.
• Use the Search and tools menu to switch off tools you do not need in the current conversation.
• Remove the connector from Customize, then Connectors. Team and Enterprise owners can do this for the whole organization.

Members on a Team or Enterprise plan cannot add the connector

On Team and Enterprise plans an Owner adds custom connectors in Organization settings, then Connectors. Members then connect it with their own account.

The Free plan only allows one custom connector

One is enough: your Metorial URL carries every app your team approves, so you never need a second connector.

Tools do not show up in a chat

Connectors are switched on per conversation. Open the + menu in the chat, choose Connectors, and turn Metorial on.
